We are delighted to share that firefly has been announced as a finalist in the Label of the Year category at The Grocer New Product & Packaging Awards!

The stunning new design launched in the summer reflects the brands unique drinking experience of still, subtle and complex botanical flavours, which is perfect for multiple meal occasions or for those moments when we take time to stop, unwind and reset.

With 85% of consumers seeking more interesting flavours in premium soft drinks and 81% of consumers feeling it’s important for soft drinks to be ‘light and refreshing’ firefly truly delivers on these needs and many more. The new softer design showcases the brand subtle and refreshing flavour profiles while maximising shelf stand out and appeal.

The new label also brings in the introduction of a part transparent substrate to allow consumers to see the actual drink which aids a natural and honest feel. In subsequent consumer research 87% of consumers agreed that now seeing the drink makes them more likely to purchase firefly going forward.

The awards are a symbol of innovation in the UK FMCG sector, recognising the latest and greatest innovations that have hit the shelves during the past 18 months. This nomination is testament to the work of our incredible team in Wednesbury who continue to delivery high-quality juice drinks, made with naturally refreshing ingredients and at a compelling price point.
